WHAT HAPPENS DURING A WITHDRAWAL PROCESS

Their withdrawal practice appears simple on the surface, but what happens when you make that withdrawal (especially the first time) is NOT what you would expect:
1. You make the withdrawal

2. You receive NO email notification OR anything that states you will get your money (besides in the Casino support window)

3. You will also NOT receive your withdrawal UNTIL you give them Identification (EVEN THOUGH - they have not asked you for this documentation). This is a delay tactic and happens over and over with them. 4. They WILL tell you your withdrawal is processed even when it hasn't been (many players have contacted me about this.


RECENT MONTHS ACTIVITIES

I am being contacted MUCH more frequently in recent months about withdrawal issues at Giant Palace. I have worked over the last 2 years resolving ALL player withdrawals I have come across (At Hype Casino, InChilli Casino, and Giant Palace Casino).

HOWEVER - Recent withdrawal issues have been met with an unresponsive group for resolution. It has taken as long as 6 weeks for them to even BEGIN processing withdrawals after many emails back and forth.

The group has become even more disreputable than they were. They are not answering emails until weeks later and then giving mis-information about what is happening with withdrawals.



ALL PLAYER WITHDRAWALS will run into similar issues due to the way the Casinos are set up. All payments go through FireBrand Interactive to make payments to players. Firebrand Interactive is run by the same owner as Player Preferred in conjunction with several other individuals. They are NOT making payments on time and it is believed by many (there are a lot of details which lead to this conclusion) that Player Preferred itself is underfunded and does not wish to pay players unless forced to do so.



I Beg you..... DO NOT PLAY AT THESE CASINOS!!!
